Thank you for this. I have made quite a few pavlovas but never a chocolate one. Pavlova is one of my favorite desserts and I have even used it between two cake layers. Why not?

Hi! I noticed that the pavlova ingredients mention white wine vinegar and cornstarch but the recipe itself doesn’t include a step with this. Where was it supposed to go— was it supposed to be sifted in or mixed with the wet ingredients?
