I don't have a stand mixer but this worked wonderfully well kneading by hand too. Thanks for this amazing recipe, Flora. I had so much joy making and having it.

I just bought a KitchenAid and signed up for Substack just to try your recipes. I’ve never really baked before, and these buns were the perfect place to start—so delicious!

You didn’t miss it, I missed it! So sorry for the confusion and thank you for noticing. You add it to the bowl of the stand mixer when you add the flour etc. I have updated the recipe x
